Jaime has been a speech-language pathologist for the past thirteen years and recently became a board-certified stuttering specialist. She has worked in a variety of settings, including a two-year adventure abroad in Nagoya, Japan. Jaime currently has a private practice in Frisco, Texas focusing on working with clients of all ages who stutter. She is also an adjunct instructor at Stephen F. Austin State University and Bowling Green State University where she teaches Fluency Disorders and Counseling at the graduate level. Jaime has presented at international, national, state, and local conferences and has published on the topic of stuttering and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with friend and colleague, Scott Palasik. Jaime has been a part of Camp Shout Out since it started in 2011 and is thankful to be involved in such a life-changing program! In her free time, she enjoys running, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Kaz, and two little girls, Emma, and Mia.
